  I have a daughter who is going to be 16 years old this month and I wanted to get her something special and would be a keepsake. I decided on a charm bracelet. I decided that I would patronize Charms Etc. in Sugarland. I expected to have a negative expeience, but I was pleasantly surprised. The owners (husband and wife) were very kind and helpful regarding picking out the charms and bracelet. There were quite fair with the prices and did not charge me for the engraving. I will be returning to add pieces to my daughter's charm bracelet and other family members. GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY!!!!! Tammy Harvey

  Took my fully silver bracelet to them to get a charm soldered on. The ladies that took my bracelet to begin with were rude and rushed to get me out. They lost my bracelet and took a good 2 weeks to tell me only because they didn't know where to get the charm. He was nice when I asked him to take off links and change the clasp. I asked him if it was fully silver, and he said it was. I've had the bracelet for a week and it has already started to tarnish because it's only silver plated. I will never shop here again.
