  My family and I shop here from time to time, this is a very nice department store, with a good selection to choose from, organized and with enough sales associates to assist you. Last time I came, It was on a weekend rush; young manager at the register was professional, attentive, respectful and with a good taste to notch all up! I was impressed by how he was able to take care of several customers including me, all withing a very reasonable time frame, while still holding on to smile on his face. If you'are thinking, oh well, this is the way It should be! Make no mistake... Nowadays you probably understand, "no waiting time" It's also important! Yes, especially inside the realm of the retail industry. Good Job Express, and two thumbs up to the manage who, unfortunately, I've forgotten his name...Keep up the good work!
