  The employees are consistently talking with each other and have zero sense of urgency. We waited for 18 minutes in the tools section to ask about a nail gun and finally gave up. One employee I stopped to ask for help said, “you must think I work in hardware, I work in gardening.” To which I promptly replied, “judging on the orange apron you work for Home Depot, can you help us or not?” He called an “MOD” that never came. I’ve been to this Home Depot a number of times and decided it’s worth the extra few miles to avoid this store all together. It’s clear the store manager and their team do not value service. Avoid this Home Depot at all cost.
