  I frequent a lot of pawn shops and I must say this is the first "1 star" I've given... The place is nice for a pawn shop but it lacks customer service. There was a young lady helping a customer, and she was kind enough to tell me someone would be right with me but that is about as far as it went. There was another man, whom I'm assuming is the manager or owner, who spent the whole time talking on his cell phone while I waited. He never acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. The young lady seemed to be the only one that cared because again she apologized and said she'd be right with me but I felt it best if I just left. They obviously don't need the business. I had read a previous review and maybe the ownership should look into these issues or maybe there motto is like previously stated in the other review "THEY AREN'T HURTING FOR MONEY".

  I cannot say the customer service is bad but they are not consistent with their posted hours. I had been there not too long ago for the first time to take a look and hopefully buy some jewelry. A friend of mine referred me to them and had said they had quite a selection. Unfortunately when I arrived the gentleman explained to me that he had been running late and he still had not put out the jewelry. I didn't give it much thought although according to the store hours they had been open for some time. We conversed and he explained to me how the process of pawn worked and that i could also sell some of my jewelry and he would give me a good quote on my gold. I decided to return yesterday, but to my surprise they were already closed. According to their store hours they are open until 6:30 but it was about 5:00 when i passed by yesterday only to see it closed. Being a business owner myself, I know the importance of keeping your store hours. It only shows lack of professionalism when your customers cannot count on you to be open.
