  By far, THE WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. We purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s and purchased an extended warranty plan from them as well. It has been absolute hell trying to get this company to fix our refrigerator. They have told us one thing and then done the complete opposite. Nothing but lies from Lowe’s, ESPECIALLY from the warranty department. Nobody at this company seems willing to help us. I am completely appalled that Lowe’s is still in business. We have been without a refrigerator for a month. I will not recommend Lowe’s to anybody I know. My mother was going to buy all new kitchen appliances from Lowe’s but after hearing about our experience, she decided to avoid the headache and go somewhere else.

  The phone system is very bad, I waste all my time trying out to reach a particular department. Ontop of this there was not even a single follow up on an order delayed for 2 months when it supposed to have it completed in 2-3 weeks.
