  M y job was sent by email-30 attachments followed by a phone call to make sure it would be printed and ready to go when I arrived. Rep said no problem, nothing else. I waited my turn in line to greeted by attitude and a grimace when the Rep looked at the number of attachments. She continually stopped working on my job to help customers to arrived after me. When I asked the manager if someone could come help her so she could finish my job (at this point 46 minutes later) he said someone should have told me to pick my copies up tomorrow (not true for simple pdf attachments according to past experience with the Chain). The manager helped one person in line then left. I am STILL waiting, I was nice and polite when I asked her "could you please send the rest of my attachments, because I have a deadline to meet and you have helped 10 people since I have been standing here and my job still isn't done," her response, "I have 12 left," "you said that 10 minutes ago when the manager was here, so you haven't sent any more since then?!" I replied. "I am working on it" she retorted. Terrible customer service. As I waited I observed other incidents in the store and at the register with unsatisfied customers walking out. 1 hour 8 minutes still waiting!!!!!
