  I have to say this is the worst T-Mobile store I’ve ever been too. I went in trying two purchase two new phones . Right of the bat you could feels his bad vibe and he got our information and brought the phones out . And mind you I had already bought my accessories and had them home . He try to sell us some screen protectors and cases and we told him no and he got like all hurt about it and said “ you are going to walk out of here with $900 phone and not have any kind of protection and we said no we already have them. And he kept going on about why would you buy this phone and go home and order something from amazon and wait 3-5 days for it . I was supper frustrated by that time . I traded in an iPhone 6 and told me they were going to send me a gift card and I was fine with that and after I sign all the paper work he turned around and they they were going to give my acct credits instead of gift card . By then I’m thinking this guy ain’t worried about my satisfaction but his sale . So I decided to cancel transactions and went to another store . Try to avoid this store if you can find if not don’t deal with Jaime he’s the worst .

  Daniel Fonseca always offers the best customer service!! I went in a year ago to switch from a different carrier and have bugged him ever since when I have a concern and is always very attentive to anything I need. If you ever come into this store go with DAN!
